Esorochukwu Philip Obi, popularly known as Phil, is the Founder and AI Growth Strategist at Esophils Growth AI LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona, serving clients across the United States and internationally.
Before building this agency, Phil spent 7 years on the ground training entrepreneurs through Nigeria's National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) — one of Africa's largest platforms for training young entrepreneurs — working directly with thousands of university graduates, equipping them with entrepreneurship skills to create jobs, build businesses, and strengthen the economy.
That experience across two continents taught him one truth: the difference between a struggling business and a thriving one is rarely skill. It is almost always systems.
